Get to Know Me
I’m Rachel - a Senior Creative Director with a passion for bringing bold ideas to life.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in entertainment—think Warner Brothers, Marvel, and Sony Pictures—leading projects that have made their way into stores and screens around the world.
My creative journey has taken me from managing small teams to scaling a global creative department spanning five countries. Along the way, I’ve been lucky enough to win 10 international awards for design and campaigns, to work on unforgettable projects like Demon Slayer and My Hero Academia, and to develop Walmart's Anime Fan Shop, which went nationwide.
Brands I’ve Worked With
I also serve on the boards of Genesis Women’s Shelter in Dallas and the Crunchyroll Women’s Network ERG, where I get to advocate for women’s rights and gender equity beyond my creative work.
Outside of work and advocacy, I find inspiration from Debbie Millman, whose creative journey from designer to badass multi-hyphenate (and marrying one of my favorite writers!) always motivates me to think bigger. When I’m not reading epic fantasy novels, binge-watching K-Dramas, or visiting family in South Africa, I love mentoring women in the workplace and advocating for gender equity.
